Someone has rightly said that you should keep on trying even if odds are not in your favour! Maybe god has other plans for you!

Today in this write up, I am going to tell you an incredible tale of faith and devotion which is rare in this time and age!! It will surely rekindle your faith in power of devotion!!

This is real incident and happened in early Jan’16. This incident is based on Lata Kare.

Lata Kare, 65 year old resident of a small village in Maharashtra, India lived a life of poverty with her husband and 3 daughters. Lata and her husband had exhausted all their savings to get their 3 daughters married. After settling their daughters they started to work in farms for daily wages. She and her husband were struggling to make ends meet.

As fate would have it, her husband felt uneasy one day and was diagnosed with serious infection. Local doctors recommended treatment in expensive hospital.

Lata was shattered, she had no idea how this could work out. She pleaded in front of her relatives and neighbours and managed a small amount of money for treatment. She then left for Baramati with her husband to get treatment in good hospital.

While at Baramati, she read about marathon being conducted at Baramati. The winner was to get Rs 5k in prize money. She felt a ray of hope on reading that news.

Next day, she was on the starting line with many others to run this marathon. Everyone looked at her in amazement as she was wearing a torn saree and was bare footed. Organisers tried to stop her from participating but then finally gave up after watching her sheer determination to run!!

She literally ran like P.T Usha and won the race!! It was incredible superhuman feat.

After the marathon, she was asked as to why she participated in the marathon. Her reply was so innocent that it touched people’s heart.

She said that she had no money for her husband’s treatment and she thought that if she could win the marathon then it would help her save her husband’s life.

Some of you may think that this is one time event and happened because of sheer luck!!

Well, you are in for little surprise!

This lady is indeed a miracle. She went on to win two more marathons after the first marathon. This time around it was for building new house.
